We had a very enjoyable stay in the Month of May for a Business Visit.
The rooms were bright with all the expected amenities, the staff were very helpful. I loved the restaurant.

A Cozy Retreat with Unique Character
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The cozy double room featured charming coal mining decor. Wi-Fi was impressively strong, perfect for a solo traveler. Don't miss the breakfast. It's well worth it. Consider bringing your own water. Highly recommend!

A cozy stay with unexpected charm
The staff greeted us like family. A handwritten note welcomed us in our room, and there were thoughtful touches for our dog. The breakfast was plentiful and well-prepared each morning.
The compact bathroom did leave something to be desired, especially the shower which felt cramped. The bathroom mat also didn't absorb water well, leading to a slippery experience.

I had a grand stay with lovely staff and mighty breakfast options. The room was a cozy double with fab decor and solid quietness. Only downside, parking was a bit tricky. Still, I’ll be back for sure!

I arrived at the hotel having booked a smoker's room, only to be told that no standard smoker's room was available, and the only way to have a smoker's room was to take a comfort room and i had to pay an extra 100 euros. (Although it was their mistake that a smoker's room was not booked for me). The staff barges every day into your room to check the minibar without knocking. It was a bit chilly in my room, thank God i took a pullover with me. The breakfast costs 14 euros and it's not something extra, i found it rather poor.

Having booked in I went up to the floor I was staying on and It was still like a building site. I went down to change rooms at reception and got a poor Service eventually my room was changed. Not a chance are we going to use this place again
